Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Awareness

Hazardous chemicals and other substances are common in almost all work environments, and it is important to be aware of the hazards associated with them. The course explains the potential dangers surrounding hazardous substances and what the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH) requires us to do to help protect employees and others in the workplace.

The aim of the course is to ensure delegates are able to gain a better understanding of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH), identify the forms chemicals can take, understand the routes of entry chemicals can take, highlight how chemicals can cause harm and identify chemical classifications.
