The main tests are now over. A member of the team will then be in touch to do your pre-enrolment discussion
STEP FOUR
Agreements
Enrolment Form
We will send you a version of your enrolment form to review and sign.
It will come from an email address called noreply@picsweb.co.uk, so look out for it.
You will need to confirm all the details are accurate and send back to us before we can move to the next stage.
Proposal Meeting
Now it is time to review all you have done so far, meet with us and your employer for a 45-minute meeting to discuss the details of an apprenticeship, how it is going to work, and that you fully understand what is going to happen.
We use this to determine the price of the apprenticeship to your employer.
Training Plan and Agreement
Like a bus…. they all come at once, but after this you will start!
You will be asked to sign a set of documents, which includes:
- The Apprenticeship Agreement
- The Qualification Matrix
- The Training Plan
You will sign in three different places to confirm each one. Read
the cover letter for more information if you have questions.
Check and Sign
You will sign three times within the document.
Your employer will sign after you.
We receive the document to seal the deal.
It all gets stored securely, and it is there whenever you want a copy.
What now?
You did it! You will receive your welcome email from the tutor, and you start your learning to be an amazing apprentice!
Remember you cannot start until you have returned all the documents to us, so do not delay, do it today!
