These courses are open to the public with dates scheduled throughout the year to help you plan.Â

Our open courses are delivered either at our Bury St Edmunds training centre or virtually with a live trainer.
Attendees
To optimise your learning, there is a maximum number of attendees allowed on each course. These courses are open to the public, so you can expect to see delegates from other companies, which makes it the perfect opportunity to engage with others and hear fresh perspectives.
Timings
Open courses have prescheduled dates and times, which vary dependent on the course subject.

Dedicated in-house training courses
A dedicated course offers flexibility and can be tailored to meet your business requirements.
Location
Courses can be delivered at our Bury St Edmunds training centre, virtually with a live trainer, or at a location of your choice.
Attendees
Number of attendees will depend on the course, however, booking several delegates often provides a cost saving. You might find that having all delegates on one course works, or it might be more beneficial to divide your delegates into groups. Either way, we’ll help you source the best solution for your business.
Timings
Dates and times can be scheduled to suit you. Your dedicated account manager will work with you to secure dates and times.
Content
You may wish to use our carefully created courses; however, you might find it beneficial to tailor the course to suit your needs. Please note additional fees may apply depending on the content development time.

FAQs
Does the course cost include everything I need?
Before committing to any booking, all associated fees will be discussed with your dedicated account manager. Whilst there are no extra hidden costs, there may be additional charges for further tutorial support or examination re-sits.
Who do I contact if I’m running late or can’t attend a session?
Call us on 01284 788005 to speak to a member of the team, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Charges may apply in accordance with the T&Cs on your original booking form.
How do I access course materials?
All course materials will be provided on the day (where required). If the course you’re attending is virtual and contains course materials, you’ll be asked to provide the best postal address to receive these materials on your enrolment form.
Do I bring my own lunch?
If you are attending a half-day course lunch will not be provided, however, refreshments will be available. If you’re attending one of our full-day courses, lunch is freshly prepared and refreshments will be provided. For further information, please contact your dedicated account manager. Gluten-free and vegan options are also available. If you prefer, you are more than welcome to bring your own lunch, which can be stored in the refrigerator.
Where do I park?
At our Manor Barn, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk venue we have ample free on-site parking.
When will I receive my course certificate?
Receipt of results and certificates can vary in time, depending on the course you completed. Typically, the certificates will be sent to the person who made the original booking for the course. Please contact learner support (learnersupport@wstraining.co.uk) should you have any concerns.
What do I need to do if the training is being delivered at my location and not a WS Training Centre?
At the point of booking, you will be provided with a checklist to help ensure the training environment is suitable for delivering the course. Should there be any concerns, you will be contacted by the team.
How will WS Training support my learning needs?
Speak with your dedicated account manager at the point of booking, who will explain what provisions can be made to support your learning. Please also make sure to include details on your enrolment form (this will be found within your Joining Instructions).
What do I do if I don’t agree with my result?
The course you are enrolled on will determine the actions we will take. If you don’t agree with your result, please contact learner support (learnersupport@wstraining.co.uk) to discuss this further.
