Traineeships

Let us guide you into the world of work with our Traineeship programme.

  • Are you aged between 16-18 years old or 25 years old with EHCP?
  • Not had any work experience?
  • Not sure what you would like to do for your career and not sure where to start?
  • Do you suffer with confidence or anxiety that holds you back?
  • Not achieved the right grades for an apprenticeship?
  • Then our Traineeship programme is for you.

Our Traineeship programme is still classed as education with 1 or 2 days in college and at least 1 day with the employer weekly. The Traineeship can last anything from 6 weeks to a year and has the potential to progress into employment.

We work with reputable companies who give time to our Trainees and provide excellent opportunities for a career. We offer anything from Trainee landscaper, Dog groomer, IT support, Secretary, Estate agents and more.
