Employees reviews

The collaboration across all departments is great and the work ethic and skill set of all our staff enable us to support our learners of all ages through their training and education. On top of working in such a great team, I also enjoy the networking involved in my role and love to get out to meet people and learn more about their businesses, when there is lunch included that is an added bonus!

Anthony FryattApprenticeship Business Development Lead

I have worked for WS Training for 3 years now. I am based at our beautiful Head office in Great Barton. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming; I love the team mentality and the fact that we are all willing to help and support each other. I also love that we put our learners first and will always think of them above anything else.

Chantelle HurstCommercial Business Development Co-Ordinator

I have been with WS Training for almost 14 years and feel very lucky to work as part of our friendly and supportive team. I enjoy coming into the office with my colleagues, we all pull together to offer the best for our clients and learners, and there is always a sense that everyone here is proud of what we do!

I joined the WS Training team in 2013. I have enjoyed working in different areas of the business. Currently I work in the lovely Commercial team. We deliver a wide variety of courses which means every day is interesting and different. I am in the fortunate position of being based at WS Training headquarters in Great Barton. The space and tranquillity provide a unique and inspiring environment to train and work in.

Sarah PalmerCommercial Course Administration lead

Coming from a retail background, I was up for the challenge that presented itself and I enjoy helping people in their aim to improve their knowledge and confidence, in the subjects that they are keen to embrace further. I love working with our team in the office, that feels like a family, and we fully support each other in every aspect in the business, and as icing on the cake, we are blessed to work in a beautiful, converted Barn that is Manor Barn.

Justin DavyBusiness development Coordinator

I am passionate for driving my learners to excel and recognising their efforts and talents. I absolutely love being able to see learners enjoy their own achievements and be proud of it! WS goes above and beyond by providing endless courses and further learning to support each individual's journey. The opportunities they provide are endless, for both learners and staff, as I have just completed my own CPD to support myself and my learners.

Hattie ClarkeTeam Leader & Management Tutor

I have had the pleasure of working at WS Training for the past two months, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, the staff have made me feel incredibly welcome. They are truly remarkable, dedicated, and genuinely care about the students. Each member of the team is deeply committed to the well-being and development of our students.
