Directions From The South: A12 (London, Chelmsford, Colchester)

On approaching the A12/A14 (Copdock) interchange - a large roundabout with traffic lights; Tesco and Toys R' Us are clearly visible - get into the right hand lane in order to take the 3rd exit onto the A14 eastbound (signposted Felixstowe). Stay on the A14 for approximately 2 miles and turn off at the first junction (Junction 56 signposted Ipswich and the A137).

At the top of the slip road, turn left towards Ipswich and the Dock area; proceed down the A137 (there is a dry ski slope on the right hand side), for approximately three-quarters of a mile. At the base of the hill turn left at the first roundabout (mini-roundabout) - this is Wherstead Road. Continue straight on, following signs to Town Centre, for approximately 2 miles going straight over 2 further roundabouts. At the next roundabout take the first exit and continue to the traffic lights adjacent the Bell Inn. Proceed straight on following signs for the Town Centre taking the left hand lane. Once over Stoke Bridge take the second exit at the first roundabout and then the second exit at the next roundabout ending up in the left hand lane. Proceed past the pedestrian lights and take the second turn on the left in to Foundation Street and then immediately left in to Lower Brook Street. The Hairdressing Academy can be found in Bridge House a little way up on the right hand side. Street parking may be available in Lower Brook Street for a limited period.

A multi-storey (NCP) car park is located in Foundation Street and pedestrian access to Bridge House is possible from the car park in to Lower Brook Street.
