Role / Occupation: Trainee Management Team Support

Overview:

M2C Suffolk operates with a small  three person home-based management team. One deals with recruitment/advertising/credit control, one deals with day-to-day operations between cleaners and clients and the other deals with new client instructions, marketing and finance.

All of the team need help and support and/or cover at various times. This position is being created to do that and provide learning opportunities in various key areas such as customer service, recruitment, people management, social media etc.

Key responsibilities will include:
 Learning how to understand and operate company database
 Shadowing phone calls and processes as appropriate leading to own responsibilities
 Happy checks for new clients and recording results on database, diarising for future checks
 Reference validations for suitable cleaner applicants, completing forms and assisting recruitment processes.
 Initial emails/telephone interview with cleaner applicants
 Allocation of approved cleaners to interviewers
 Social media – assistance with strategy and delivery on various platforms
 Covering for Operations as and when required
 Assisting Recruitment as and when required.

The position is home based/remote with optional days spent in Martlesham when support is required for team members. 

This role will suit someone who is good with communication, enjoys being organised, likes the idea of working from home and trusting. 

For the right person, this Traineeship could lead to self employment with the company and possibly full time employment in the future.

Skills required: Computer literate, Proactive, Team Player, Good with English, Ability to draft own correspondence, motivated and good with time management.  

Full training will be given in house as no qualifications are required for this role. 

Working hours:- 35 hours a week - Home working will be flexible and agreed with the employer

Start date:- 2nd September 2021 ongoing

A Traineeship is a course with work experience that gets you ready for work or an apprenticeship. It can last up to 6 months.
You can apply if you’re:

  • eligible to work in England
  • unemployed and have little or no work experience
  • aged 16 to 24 and qualified below Level 4

You’ll get:

  • a work experience placement
  • help with English and maths (if you need it)

You won’t be paid, but you may be given expenses for things like travel and meals.
