Role / Occupation: Administration / Sales 

Overview:

The role of a Trainee Estate agent is to learn all things related to the housing industry. Your core responsibility will be to enter data on to the in house system, taking phone calls, completing paper work, filing, contact with the public, booking viewings, taking message and registering potential buyers. Over time the role will progress to a more sales approach, where you will learn how to negotiate and receive training in all areas involved in the estate agent world.  

This role needs someone who is good with their IT Skills, has an element of common sense and works well with others. Full training will be given in house and could lead to a career in an estate agency. 

The role is based in Needham Market so please bear this in mind when applying for the role. 

Working hours:- Monday - Friday 9.30am-2.30pm for around 3 months before an outcome is decided.

Start date:- 2nd September 2021

About traineeships:-

A traineeship is a course with work experience that gets you ready for work or an apprenticeship. It can last up to 6 months.
You can apply if you’re:

  • eligible to work in England
  • unemployed and have little or no work experience
  • aged 16 to 24 and qualified below Level 4

You’ll get:

  • a work experience placement
  • help with English and maths (if you need it)

You won’t be paid, but you may be given expenses for things like travel and meals.
