An opportunity has arisen at WSTraining for an Advanced Hair & Creative Hair Professional Tutor/Assessorto join our busy Vocational Learning Team. You will be responsible fordelivering high quality work-based Apprenticeships in both classroom and insalon settings and will plan and carry out delivery and assessment againstNational Occupational Standards, ensuring timely achievement ofqualifications.  It is likely that suitable applicants will have:

• Occupational competence to deliver to Level 3
• Recent experience within Apprenticeship Standards delivery
• Knowledge of Assessment Practice, Market/Industry and Commercial/Business Awareness
• Outstanding Communication, Planning/Organisation, and People Management Skills
• Be Flexible, Self-Motivated and Approachable
• Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or equivalent
• A minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Qualification
• Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance Qualification, desirable
• A minimum of Level 2 Functional Skills or equivalent in maths and English
• Robust knowledge of Safeguarding, Prevent and Equality and Diversity
