Level 2 Apprenticeship in Sales and Telesales -

NVQ Certificate in Sales

To complete this apprenticeship 50 credits are required consisting of the following:

  • 18 Credits from Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Sales

  • 5 Credits for each of the following Functional skills: Communication/English Application of Number/Maths level 1

  • 22 Credits from Level 2 Certificate in Sales and Telesales of which 9 credits from mandatory Group A, a minimum of 4 credits and a maximum of, 8 credits from optional Group B and a minimum of 5 credits from optional Group C.
