18th Edition Wiring Regulations - City and Guilds 2382-12

Course Overview:

This qualification is aimed at practising electricians with relevant experience and other allied professionals e.g. surveyors, consultants and other trades needing to update and enhance their understanding of Wiring regulations.  It is also suitable for anyone wishing to demonstrate an understanding of the IEE 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671:2018).

Pre-Requisite Training:

There are no formal entry requirements for candidates undertaking this qualification. However, candidates must have the potential and experience to successfully gain the qualification. It is expected that candidates will have basic knowledge of electrical science.

Course Objectives:

To meet the needs of candidates who work in the Building Services Engineering sector such as Electricians, and who need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of the IEE 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

Course Content:

On successful completion of this course, the delegate will be able to demonstrate an understanding and be conversant with the format, content and application of the requirements for electrical installations BS7671:2018

Achievement of the course objectives will be verified by theoretical online assessment
