Course Overview:

Positive Influencing is something that we would all like to do better. These skills are fundamental to achieving success without the power of position.  This course will show you how to gain the co-operation of others without resulting to manipulation.

Course Objectives:

•    Identified what makes a successful influencer
•    Established their desire to improve their own influencing skills within their own situation
•    Practised the verbal communication skills of influencing
•    Recognised the main influencing styles
•    Participated in a practical exercise that is relevant to their situation
•    Developed a personal action plan
