Data Protection Act for Employment

Course Overview:

This course is designed to raise understanding of the main issues surrounding the Data Protection Act with regard to employment processes and information.  The Codes of Practice will be discussed in a practical way so that delegates can relate the legislative requirements to their own HR and employment practices.

By the end of the session, delegates will have:
